Welcome to my website! My name is Dan Wood. I am a previous Keller ISD Art Teacher, an active Artist and Photographer, and not your average run of the mill full-time local Realtor. My first job ever was in a mall that no longer exists in North Richland Hills... I have seen so many changes throughout my lifetime, here locally in our DFW metro-plex. I have been working with buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant county metro-plex full-time since 2004. I grew up in North Richland Hills, where much of my family still reside. I received my BFA in Fine Arts at the University of North Texas in Denton. Currently I work out of my home office in North Richland Hills. I cover basically the heart of what makes up DFW metroplex. Many of the highways and expansions, I remember starting out as nothing or as simple streets. I have been here and there and everywhere throughout our DFW metroplex, my entire life. I am keen on what areas are growing, developing, appreciating, and how to go about serving your needs properly. Sometimes that means meeting with the City on proposed changes. Other times it is as simple as a one page document changing the terms to benefit your needs. Whatever the case may be, I am available to help guide you, with your interests at heart if you are a buyer a seller or you are needing to do both.
